Coaching is about stepping more fully into our lives.
You bring your questions, ideas, excitement, frustration…
I listen. Then ask some of my questions, ideas…
And then we both watch as things shift.
Kind Words
“Because of our time together I am truly living more authentically, with more clarity, and with a deeper capacity to dream and create the reality that I want for my life.”
Reverend Aurelia Davila Pratt, Pastor, Author, Speaker,
"I'm not sure if it's innate or from lots of practice, but he's incredible at what he does.”
Jordan Brown, 10 Pillar Productions
"Brandon has a real gift of guiding and not leading so that you can explore and discover what is truly best for you. He puts himself in his clients shoes, gets in the trenches with them, makes them feel seen, worthy and truly supported on the entrepreneurial journey."
Darcie Huff, Go Rings
“Whether personal and emotional or practical business strategy, he knew how to help me get un-stuck. He saw my own potential and was able to speak that into me in a way that I couldn't receive from anyone else."
Levi Hanusch, Content Creator
"I have learned more about myself and the things that typically get in the way of me reaching my goals, and how to help myself work through those barriers. These are skills that will serve me for the rest of my life.”
Katie Webb, Psychotherapist
“He has an amazing talent of listening, not only to what someone is saying, but what they are feeling and what they mean, who they are through it all."
Elizabeth Hyman, The Gardener’s Wife
"He makes everyone feel comfortable to open up - even in areas that you or your team may not feel confident in. There's no judgement. He makes it easy to get to the core issues. Lean in and trust him fully."
Kate Davis, Collective Humanity
My Approach to Coaching
A Presence-Based Path of Deep Inner Change
This work is not about fixing you.
It is about being with you in a way that allows real change to emerge.
Most approaches to growth focus on effort - better habits, clearer goals, stronger discipline. Those tools have a place. But they often miss the deeper layer where lasting change actually happens: Your nervous system. Your inner world. Your relationship with desire, fear, and God.
This work begins there.
The Heart of the Work
At the center of this process is a simple (but radical) understanding:
You do not change by forcing yourself to become someone new.
You change by learning how to be present with who you already are - with honesty, safety, and compassion.
From a Christian perspective, this is the work of letting the False Self loosen, and trusting the True Self (God image) in you. Trusting grace instead of control. Practicing an embodied resurrection.
This is inner formation rather than self-improvement.
What We Pay Attention To
In our work together, we gently and steadily bring awareness to:
Your desires, goals, and longings
Your fears and protective strategies
Your body and nervous system
Your inner conflicts and contradictions
We assume that nothing inside you is random. Even the parts of you that feel confusing or resistant are usually trying to protect something vulnerable and precious.
We begin with what you want - not as something to judge or spiritualize away, but as something to understand and connect with more deeply.
Nearly always, we find that you have many things you want. And often these desires are in conflict with each other. You are not just “one self.” You have many inner parts.
This is not a diagnosis to treat. It is a description of being human.
From a Christian lens, you might think of these as the tangled layers of the False Self. Beneath them is the True Self - the part of you that is already whole, loved, and held.
Our work is not about solving your inner conflicts. It is about building relationship with all of you. So that your chaotic inner orchestra can learn to play as a symphony.
Change here does not come from: pushing yourself. Correcting your thoughts. Forcing surrender. Trying to be spiritual enough.
Change comes through: Awareness. Compassion. Presence. Honesty. Safety. Relationship.
Over time, this changes:
How your nervous system responds to life
How you relate to your desires
How you experience God/Reality
How you make decisions
How you inhabit your own body and story
What a Session Is Like
We talk on the phone for about an hour. I guide us through becoming radically present. Through questions, conversation, listening, noticing.
Most sessions include:
Slowing down and arriving in your body
Naming what feels most alive right now
Identifying the thoughts, desires, feelings
Becoming radically present to what is asking for attention
Allowing silence, emotion, or insight to arise naturally
Naming the inspired action for the upcoming week
Some sessions feel quiet. Some feel emotional. Some feel disorienting. All of them are welcome.
